WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All orders are packaged and shipped within 5 days of being received and take 5-7 days to reach their destination. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. Delays are not the responsibility of SACRED RESERVE. International orders may experience slightly longer shipping time depending on the country.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with the corresponding tracking information. Prior to shipping, stay updated by refering to our PRE-ORDER GUIDE and weekly emails.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you've received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at cs@sacredreserve.com with your order number to resolve the issue. (Items must be unworn and unwashed.) Please make inquiries on damaged or incorrect goods within 7 days of the delivery date. No inquiries will be accepted beyond the 7-day period.

All of our products are sourced and manufactured according to the OEKO-TEX standard Certification.
I AM HAVING ISSUES CHECKING OUT. WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST?
Please ensure that the billing address is consistent with your bank’s records. Otherwise, you will need to contact your bank/credit card provider as we cannot resolve credit card issues on our end.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN EXISTING ORDER?
Changes can be made to your order during the given pre-order window. After the window closes, changes cannot be made to your order. Please carefully review your order prior to completing your purchase.
